Delivery

Insured complimentary shipping is provided with all UK orders. Jewellery purchased directly from our on-line selection will be packaged for special delivery within 7 days of your order. Bespoke item delivery timescales will be agreed during our consultation process.

Returns

If you wish to return any jewellery item purchased from our on-line ready to buy selection please contact us by e-mail at info@durrantsoflondon.com within 14 days of receipt and we will assist with the necessary arrangements and purchase refund. Any returned items must be unworn, undamaged and retained in their original presentation box and packaging.

For bespoke jewellery orders we will agree all final designs and specifications in writing. Following your agreement we are unable to accept cancellation or return / refund of the item. Our consultation process will guide you through the various design and production stages to provide assurance of the finalised piece.

Our quality is guaranteed. We want you to be entirely satisfied with both our service and our jewellery. If for any reason you are not happy with either then please contact us so we may offer help and guidance to remedy any concern.
